A.S.P Buildings is one Tehran's first high-rise residential complexes built in the early 1970s. Due to its central location within the city, phenomenal foundation and building structure, plethora of ammenities for residents, and well-designed floor plans, existing and new residents are taking to remodelling interiors and exterior spaces of their apartments. Land Studio was commissioned to redesign the 200sqm terrace/patio which serves as an extension to their apartment. In order to connect the indoors with the outdoors, contmeporary and sleek design themese were utilized in desigining the terrace. Plant materials found in ancient Persian gardens have been selected to both support the comtemporary theme, while softening the edges, and creating a display of color, texture, and scent. This project is currently in schematic design phase.
